Spokane Volunteer Project: Gymnastics Team Move 2025
How Avey Construction Group
Stepped Up for Spokane Gymnastics
When Evergreen Gymnastics needed help relocating to a new Spokane facility, volunteer sign-ups were limited. That changed when Avey Construction Group stepped in to provide the bulk of the labor, ensuring the move could happen on time and with the right support.
Supporting Spokane Youth Athletics
This was more than just a facility move. The gym’s owners, Sean and Tiara, were facing unique challenges—Sean, a veteran, was recovering from a torn disk, and Tiara had given birth only two weeks earlier. With limited capacity to take on the heavy lifting themselves, outside help was critical. By stepping in, Avey Construction Group ensured Evergreen Gymnastics could transition smoothly and continue serving Spokane’s young athletes.
Teamwork in Action
Avey Construction Group mobilized five team members—including owners Justin and Eric—along with three volunteers from Copper Mountain Mechanical’s plumbing division to make the relocation possible. Together, they transported and set up equipment, including beams, mats, and bars, so Evergreen Gymnastics could open its doors to Spokane athletes without delay.
