Project Description:
Large remodel of 8 single level condos with water frontage that looks straight at iconic Chimney Rock. Marina with boat slips with be added as well.
Phase 2 of this project is development of the back (1.45acre) Lot in the rear to build 20 additional condos.

Phase 2 of the project:
After completion of the 8 original condos as well as the revitalization of the marina, Phase 2 of construction will begin. An additional 20 condominiums, as well as all appropriate infostructure, will begin.
