Revitalizing an abandoned project to meet the demand for quality living in a unique Priest Lake community.
This large-scale remodel includes eight single-level condos with water frontage offering direct views of the iconic Chimney Rock. A marina with boat slips will also be added.
Interior Finish Progress at Kaniksu Condos
This video shows the Kaniksu Condos in the final stage of construction at Priest Lake. It walks through the finished interior spaces, including the guest bathroom, the master bedroom with its private bathroom and closet, along with the main living areas, kitchens, trim work, and overall finishes.
Current work includes adding crown molding in the kitchen and installing the custom fireplace mantel.
As the project moves toward completion, this walkthrough provides a clear view of progress, build quality, and overall readiness across this eight-unit condo development.
