Cora Apartments – January 2026 Project Launch
Work on the Cora Apartments project began in January 2026 with on-site operations. The project mobilized on schedule, and the initial phase of work is progressing efficiently.
During the first week on site, the Avey Excavation team completed essential early-stage activities required to prepare the property for vertical construction. Work completed to date includes:
Comprehensive site clearing and preparation
Excavation and regulated removal of identified hazardous materials
Off-site hauling and proper disposal
